Friends - are you a multi-tasking champion??? or trying to become one???
Don't try - you will never become a multi-tasking champion - because there is NO MULTI-TASKING!!! - multi-tasking is a false concept - you always do one task at a time.
Try Single-Tasking - It is Simple, beautiful and super-productive.
Multi-Tasking champions divide Single-tasks into modular milestones and they work to achieve one milestone at a time of multiple tasks - so it looks like they are multi-tasking. But they are actually doing modular-single-tasking. You can say it is single-tasking in installments.
Try this friends - you will be pleasently surprised with the results:

Try this friends - you will be pleasently surprised with the results:
1. Divide every Single-task in small milestones. make a plan to achieve each milestone individually.
2. Just a few tasks. Pick the top 3 most-important task milestones to do in a fixed time period - and focus on those - forget the rest.
3. One task at a time. Effort to Multi-tasking leads to a lot of switching and distractions and stress. Keep things simple, focused and effective by single-tasking. Focus on one task milestone until it’s done, then move to the next.
4. Uncluttered, with no distractions. Less distractions equals more focus and productivity. Put your phone / email / doors locked for few hours and give your 100% attention to one single-task milestone.
4. Do the list until you’re done. Dont stop till you reach the end of the list, unless you are satisfied - whatever time or attention it takes.
5. Relax & Enjoy. At the end of the list enjoy the reward - the satisfaction of completing one set of tasks. and then relax - give yourself a loo, tea or a breathing (yoga) break - before you move to the next set of single task milestones.

Friends - Keep a very short to-do list, divide every single-task into smaller milestones, pick up 3 task-milestones to be completed in a particular time period, do one milestone at a time, until the list is finished.
That’s all the productivity advice you need! to become a multi-tasking champion.
