I was shocked - I questioned myself, why did i choose to be so sedentary in my lifestyle and then complain when I have health issues.
And as usual the wake up call is usually in the doctors office, when the doctor tells you that you have very less time to live, or that you have a type of cancer, or heart disease, respiratory disease or stroke------- and all of these diseases can or could have been prevented with properer lifestyle and nutrition.,.

The risk of dying from heart disease was 52% higher for men and 28% higher for women, all due to a lack of physical activity.
