TEAM... Second and Final part...

Friends - Yesterday we read few ingredients and benefits of being a good team person!!!...

Positive Active Participation, Keep the common goal in mind, Be open-minded, Be clear about your role, Help your teammates... Lets see the rest today...

Don't be the dominating one
If one person takes up the floor and tries to steamroll others with his ideas, it has a negative effect. Don't be a annoying person trying to force your ideas and opinions on everyone.

Support your leader
Keep her updated at all times about the percentage completion of your work, high priority issues & issues where you are struck.

You need not be yes-person but, once a decision is taken, they must rally behind her with complete support.

Don't forget to have fun!
Take opportunity to spend some light & fun moments with your teammates - with no talk of a project or its problems for sometime.

What's bigger -- your ego or the team goal?

Most of the time, we are so focused on our own experience and feelings that we tend to ignore what the team is trying to do. Shift your focus from yourself to the task at hand - and your contribution and value in the team would increase tremendously.

The best way to get something...
What do you want?
Do you want recognition? Give recognition.
Do you want help? Give help.

When you give what you want freely, you tell yourself there is enough of it and manifest that in your team as well.
You always GET what you GIVE.

Friends - a great team person is a very valued resource and has much greater chances of promotion.

Not being a good team person - will decrease your productivity and show your poor attitude and company may have no option but to either remove you from the company or project.

Remember - TEAM means Together Everyone Achieves More!!!

Solid Teamwork is a guaranteed route to Fast Personal Success.
