“Life without Passion” is “No Life at all”
During my “Work Happiness” journey of 22+ years - I have found that there are many paths to the same goal. Some people believe that loving what you do is a must, while other people believe that relationships are vital to enjoying the work that we do.
Friends – Below are few thoughts on “Work Happiness”
1- Love what you do to be successful!! Why! If you don’t truly love what you do, how can you be passionate about it? And a life without passion is no life at all.
2- Cultivate work happiness! It’s all about fun. Ask yourself what YOU can change to make your routine – a fun.
3- Don’t differentiate between working and non-working life! Work is life, life is work. Only people who don’t have fun at work need to make the separation.
4- Keep yourself motivated and productive! The fact is that unless you change things, nothing will change.
Today - Make a decision to have more fun and enjoy life more. Make passion a priority.
Having more passion in your life is about doing more of what you enjoy and trying out new things.
Remember – you spend 10 hours every day at “Work” – 2 hours “Traveling & Preparing for Work” - 8 hours “Sleeping” – this means you spend just 3-4 hours a day of non-working time – in which you give time to family.
This means almost 50% time at Work – and – 20% time Non-Working – rest you sleep… - 70% of your time is on work when you are awake…
Friends - Life is too short to spend 12 hours (70%) a day being miserable.
Be Passionate!! Do something new!! Have some pagalpan!! Be a kid!! Have Fun!! Enjoy Life!! – You deserve it J
