God has gifted me the Best Possible - Parents, Family, Friends and Colleagues. It wouldn't have been possible for me to positively overcome life's challenges and live a peaceful life - without their consistent Love and Support. The only way i see to THANK them is to go extra mile to give maximum love and support to people around me. Ratnesh :)

Beware of Snakes...
A young girl was trudging along a mountain path, trying to reach her grandmother's house. It was bitter cold and wind cut like a knife. When she was within sight of her destination, she heard a rustle at her feet. Looking down, she saw a snake. Before she could move, the snake spoke to her. He said, "I'm about to die. It is too cold for me up here, and I am freezing. There is no food in these mountains, and I am starving. Please put me under your coat and take me with you." "No," replied the girl. If I pick you up, you will bite me, and your bite is poisonous." "No, no." said the snake. "If you help me you will be my best friend, I will treat you differently."
The little girl sat down on a rock for a moment to rest and think things over. She looked at the beautiful markings on the snake and had to admit that it was the most beautiful snake she had ever seen. Suddenly, she said, "I believe you, I will save you. All living things deserve to be treated with kindness." The little girl reached over, put the snake gently under her coat and proceeded toward her grandmother's house.
Within a moment, she felt a sharp pain in her side. The snake had bitten her. "How could you do this to me?" She cried, "You promised that you would not bite me if I would protect you from the bitter cold?" The snake hissed, "You knew what I was when you picked me up," and slithered away.
Good Story – but the million dollar question is – How to recognize a Snake??? – very difficult???
NO – It is very Simple – Whenever you see someone doing the below to others – my guruji has told me that it is 100% guaranteed that someday this SNAKE will bite you also:
1- Talking ill about others on their back
2- Cheating / Not keeping commitment / Changing Words / Exploiting - others
3- Ridiculing, Joking, Saying words , insulting – others behind their back
4- Painting different pictures to different people on the same matter
5- Telling petty lies in every small matter to achieve results
and many more such things….
Friends – it is also important to note that if someone is doing this for his bread and living – it is pardonable – BUT if someone is doing this for the luxuries of life OR out of habit – these are true SNAKES.
Friends – it is not only important to RECOGNIZE these snakes – but it is more important to learn how to live with these SNAKES – if you cannot eliminate them from your life.
…and one last one… Friends – If the SNAKE bites you – please don’t blame the SNAKE – blame yourself for not recognizing the SNAKE at the right time.
Happy SNAKE catching Friends J Please do a self-check also – to check if you are a SNAKE J
